Tips To Be Healty People

*eat lots  of vegetables,fruits,whole grains such as tempeh,tofu and foods that contain lots of fiber.

*avoid excessive weight or obesity.weight weigh 1 time a week.

*subtract too much fried food and also containing protens and high fat and offal.

*limit processed foods high temperature and old or the specific processing which can lead to procarcinogens.

such foods marinated, smoked, baked, roasted until it comes out charcoal (charred). the best is boiled food.

* Be careful with the use of artificial sweeteners, food coloring and preservatives excessive. The best food is fresh food.

* Food is kept clean, diverse, and free from environmental contamination substances.

* Should not be excessive consumption of beverages containing alcohol and smoking.

* Physical activity with regular exercise with mental and spiritual health is an integral part of cancer prevention.
